• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a second email with tracking info when it ships.

• Orders placed after 12 PM PST may begin processing the following business day.

We currently ship within the continental U.S.

• Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days depending on location.

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the best available service.

• Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

If you're near Seabrook, WA — select Free Local Pickup at checkout and pick up your order at:

Open Daily 10am–6pm

You’ll get a “Ready for Pickup” email within 24 hours. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

If your tracking info says “Delivered” but you haven’t received your item:
